Blog 8 Question 42 If I could script the plot to a dream I would be having tonight I would probably dream an eight hour dream and a long day full of fun. I would start my day by having the best breakfast ever which would probably be at a good restaurant and I would pick The Big Biscuit. I'm not a very big breakfast person but that place is pretty good as it is in the Olathe Ks area. I would get this giant cinnamon roll thing as that is one of my favorite breakfast items. The next thing I would do is get a girlfriend that is my dream girl. I'm not sure what it should look like but it's probably cute. She would probably have brown hair and cute hair. I would then take her to a theme park, maybe Disneyland or Universal and have an amazing day. We then would go to a nice hotel somewhere with a beach and a nice view from the room and enjoy our night there. I then would probably wake up realizing it was all a dream then try to go back to sleep and re-live the dream only to not ...

Blog Post 7 question 38 I work. To say I work is an understatement. I work a minimum of 40 hours a week at McDonalds as a manager. My shifts range from 11-7 to even 9pm-5 am. After I am working there 2 days a week I have to wake up early, go to college and do my college work. I want to stay working because if I stop working I don't want to begin to get lazy and later on in life not be successful. My parents also want me to be working my full time during college because I like to spend money and if I do that I need a job. It isn't always Mcdonalds that has me tired because of all the work I have to do, but I also do a lot of college homework to do in my free time. If I were to guess I get around 12 assignments a week. I really do love working but it can be tiring. I think these actions speak to who I am because my life consists of working at least every day whether it is college homework, work, or home chores.I think. I think about a million things every day. An article I just...

Blog 6 Question 37 A physical trait that I always hated in high school would have been my weight. I have always been a heavier set guy and I think I would be able to lose weight if I put my mind to it. I just haven't really tried. I took weights classes in high school because they were an easy credit and weights were fun testing out how much you can physically put yourself through without dieing. I have always wanted to become skinny because it seems like skinny people have more opportunities compared to someone who is fat. From my perspective, girls prefer skinny boys more than the ones who are heavier. I don't think I really hate myself for being fat. I have learned to embrace it and I always think to myself, I can't complain about being fat because I don't really put in the work to become skinny. But in high school I was very insecure making me hate myself and that doesnt help the situation of me being fat. Another part of myself that I didn't really like was my...

Blog #5 Question #19

The first image that comes to mind when thinking of five images that come into my mind would be my first girlfriend. My first girlfriend happened at the beginning of my senior year of high school. I met her through work and thought she was super pretty but I had no confidence to ask her to go hangout, or even if she wanted to go out on a date. Sooner or later she asked me if I wanted to go to Walmart with her, I went to Walmart with her, and then being interrogated by her mother it seemed like things were moving fast. A week later me and her were hanging out and her cousin was over. I never would have the guts to ask anyone out I don't have any confidence and I would always wait for them to make the move. The cousin forced me to ask her out, and I did it. This is one of the most significant pictures in my head because it was a major part of my life. The second image that comes to mind is my workplace. This is because I have worked at McDonald’s for five years and it was my second ...

I think my life is full of interesting and different things. There is one question that runs through my head when thinking about my life's philosophy. What do I want to achieve with this life that I have? What do I want in my future, why would I want it and how am I going to achieve my ultimate goal of living my life to the fullest of my definition. And the answer to that question has always been easy to me. I want to have a family like in those movies and do all the family fun activities, find the love of my life and have eternal love. This would mean setting my kids and wife up in the future. If I were to just die one day they would have all the money they need to live their life, so in general set them up for the rest of their life. I sometimes think to myself why is this my ultimate philosophy? Why wouldn't I want something better or bigger, for example to party every day and live life like an animal but the party life has never been for me. But part of me also believes th...

Blog question #65 If I could choose to be anybody in the world I would choose Michael B Jordan. I chose Michael B Jordan because I like the way he strives to be his best for his movies and he is dedicated to the cause, for example the Creed movies he had to get ripped to play his part in Adonis Creed. I also think his personality is amazing because in interviews and paparazzi encounters he seems to be friendly and manage respect for people who aren't like him. The first thing I would do if I were him would be to wake up and enjoy the view of California from his house up in the hills, then I would go swimming in his pool and enjoy my morning. I then would be everything I have ever wanted starting with a Mclaren then buying my parents a house and paying off any debt they have, the rest I would maybe send a lot of money to charities and causes like LLS, and Saint Luke's Hospital because some people can't afford the bills they are given. I would then make another Creed movi...
Calvin Sutterby Professor Gulley English 009 012 September 2023 The Chronicles of sleep deprivation(30) The very first time I heard of an “Overnighter” was when I was Thirteen years old. My brother (Caeleb) who was 19 at the time had been talking about this all day to his friends over the Xbox 360 Microphone and I was wondering what an “Overnighter” was. So I asked my brother what he was talking about. My brother Caeleb had explained to me that the word meant you stayed up from the time you woke up until the next day that same time and I was amazed, so I prepared myself for the challenge. I don't fully remember how long after he had told me what it was I waited to try this insane challenge but this game was my favorite game and I was determined to play it all day and night. The game was Call Of Duty Ghost. I woke up at 5 AM and played this game until around 3 PM when my parents were getting home from work and my dad would then kick me off of the TV and make me play outside. I t...
